An approved plan
Planned, approved and being delivered in stages.
Quarry Hills is guided by a precinct structure plan prepared by the Victorian Planning Authority and gazetted through the Whittlesea planning scheme. The plan sets out where homes, roads, open space, the local town centre and school sites go, so buyers can see the shape of the suburb before it is built.
The precinct sits directly beside the Quarry Hills Regional Parkland, with the Darebin Creek corridor and the proposed E6 corridor along its western edge.
